Henry Manners Chichester (1832–1894) was a lieutenant, 85th Foot Regiment, British Army and a journalist.[2]

Chichester was the son of Henry William Chichester and Isabella Manners-Sutton[1] (daughter of Charles Manners-Sutton, archbishop of Canterbury, and hence descended from the Dukes of Rutland), who married in 1830.
